Steps:
  1. To be placed on my schedule or wait list you will need to go to PARENT FORMS.  Fill out and mail to me the Pre-enrollment Form and your $115 deposit which is your first week's fee.

  2. Once I’ve received your pre-enrollment form, and your child is on my schedule, I will send you an email with my unique ISR registration URL # which will take you to the ISR national registration website. The email is typically sent out three weeks before your scheduled to start.

  3. complete the ISR national registration process. The cost to register your child is $105 which is due when completing the online registration. ISR will send you a confirmation email once the registration process is is complete with an attachment of your registration. Please print this out and bring it on your first day of lessons.
    *This cost will cover a medical screening by our Registration Evaluation Team (RET) to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child. Determination of appropriateness for lessons is not based on a particular condition or diagnosis, rather on the unique characteristics of the child. The registration fee also covers the course materials, which include Parent Resource Book and informational DVD which you will receive within 5 days of completing the online registration.

  4. I will be notified once your child has been cleared by the Registration Evaluation Team. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check the progress of your child's registration. Should you need to contact the RET, please email them at RETquestions@infantswim.com. Once I have been notified that your child has been cleared, I will contact you to confirm a lesson date and time.
